Upstate House Buyers was started in 2013 by Stan McCune, who at the time was a 20-something working in the corporate world with an interest in real estate investing. Within a few months of opening the business, he did several real estate “deals,” and after a few years of learning the business, he left the corporate world and decided to enter the world of real estate full time. He now has several partners that he works with and is constantly looking to expand his growing business.
Stan invests in all sorts of real estate, from multi-family properties to land to mobile homes. He currently has over a dozen rental properties in his portfolio, including Airbnb (i.e., “short-term”) rentals. Some properties he purchases to hold onto as rentals and others he purchases to “flip,” but every property is interesting in its own right and every property holds value in some way. Including yours.
